Yes, this is absolutely a riot isn't it? I do so love the feeling of insecurity about my accounts and how someone could become a GM and ban me, even though they are not affiliated with Arena Net. I also find it extremely funny that someone could have a vast advantage over me because they have the ability to exploit the coding of the game. Really funny stuff here, for sure. /endsarcasm

Yes, the support sucks and this will be recognized from the people that fix stuff like that. The support actually tells people to post on fan forums.

support only does this if you have a suggestion or a problem with a certain thing, not if you find a serious bug.
